Climate and almanac resources

So, sure, the temperature’s so-and-so degrees today… that kind of information is useless without something to compare it to. The NOAA Observed Weather Data (NOWdata) program compiles climate data for multiple locations around the country, many of which don’t have real-time observation data from the ASOS system.
