About WeatherBlogging.com
WeatherBlogging.com was launched in July 2009 and features forecasts, weather discussions, and anything weather related for various cities and towns across the United States. As discussed in the inaugural blog post by Andrew, the forecasts delivered on this site will be mainly in the form of blogs, hence the site name. This is in an effort for the general public to better understand and interpret forecasts and what they really mean, not just a “Partly sunny, with a 40% chance of showers” forecast which is very vague and misleading.
Over the next few weeks and months, the intent is for new meteorologists and forecasters to sign aboard creating their own sub-blogs with the same content as outlined above. It is our goal to provide you with daily or semi-daily forecasts. Keep in mind we are all doing this during our free time!
Please bookmark us and tell your friends and family about this site if you live in one of our featured forecast areas as it’s our goal to post daily or bi-daily forecasts and/or articles.
