Warmer, more humid air, will return to the area for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but we’re in for a few rounds of scattered showers and thunderstorms on both Saturday and Sunday

Friday
Just a dandy of a day ahead for Friday as morning clouds will give way to partly to mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will be noticeably warmer than the past few days and will reach the mid to upper 70s.

Saturday
A warm front will be lifting north through WNY Saturday morning. It looks like it will run out of gas and stall just north of us over the lake keeping us in the warm, moist sector. This front will generate scattered thunderstorms during the day on Saturday from about noon time forward. We’ll see highs generally in the low to mid 80s.

It’s important to note that the majority of the day will remain rain free so if you have any outdoor plans, say — heading out on Irondequoit Bay to do some fishing or over to Deerfield CC to shag a few balls, those activities should be good to go, but do expect to see those cumulus clouds developing as the day wears on.

Sunday
On Sunday, just a chance of a morning shower, otherwise cloudy/foggy skies becoming partly sunny for the late afternoon. Temps in the mid 70s.
