Low pressure is responsible for the first spring showers of the season as a soaking rain continues to push through the area. More rain is on the way for Monday night into Tuesday morning, but will begin to become more scattered as Tuesday progresses. A few passing showers Tuesday night, maybe even a wet flake mixed in, but skies begin to clear on Wednesday as high pressure begins to rebuild into the area giving us a at least 4-5 days of calm early spring weather.

Tuesday
As touched upon above, Tuesday will be another cold rainy day. A general moderate rain Tuesday morning will become more intermittent by late morning through the remainder of the day. Tuesday’s high will struggle to make it to the low 40s, which happens to be average for this time of year if you can believe it after last week.

Wednesday
Just a slight chance of a lingering early morning shower on Wednesday. A clearing trend will then begin and look for skies to be mostly sunny by late morning. With the additional sunshine, looks for temperatures to climb well into the upper 40s to near 50 degrees.

Thursday
On Thursday, look for a increase in clouds as showers developing by early afternoon. Highs near 50.

Friday
Sunny skies will prevail for your Friday although it will feel more like February than March. Temperatures will not make it out of the 20s. Better get that winter coat back out.
