DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME

It’s that time of the year again where we think to ourselves…”wait, do I gain or lose an hour of sleep?”
As of 2007, daylight savings time begins on the second Sunday in March where we “spring forward” and ends on the first Sunday in November where we “fall back”. On November 1st, clocks will be set back one hour at 2AM daylight time which will then become 1AM standard time. What that means is that on Halloween night before you go to bed, be sure to set your clocks back one hour.
So I have some great news for those heavy sleepers. We gain an hour of sleep!
